At Ari Bridal, we have eagerly embraced virtual appointments to elevate the wedding shopping experience for our cherished brides-to-be. Recognizing the desire for personalized consultations, we've introduced a unique approach. Virtual appointments are exclusively available to brides who have committed to a dress they wish to have custom-made and have paid a nominal appointment fee. We acknowledge the overwhelming demand for these virtual sessions, and, in order to ensure a focused and intimate experience, we've made this feature accessible to those who have taken this special step. For brides who haven't committed to a specific dress or prefer alternative communication channels, our doors are wide open to your messages, whether through email or the convenient message section at the bottom right of the screen. Rest assured, our commitment to serving every bride remains unwavering, but we believe that virtual appointments, with their personalized attention, add an extra layer of uniqueness to the bridal journey.

We recommend for each bride to go through our store and find a dress that you are drawn to or you feel could be your dream wedding dress. For the brides that want a custom wedding dress, you can have picture for inspiration and if not we will come up with a design for your dress to ultimately give you the dress of your dreams
Start by scheduling a virtual appointment with Ari Bridal. This can typically be done through the store's website or by contacting us directly. Specify your preferred date and time. Our appointments are done only during the 5 business days between 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Once your virtual appointment is confirmed, be prepared to make the necessary payments, such as a virtual appointment fee, This step ensures that you are officially booked for the virtual session. Similar to other bridal establishments, we implement a non-refundable nominal fee for virtual appointments. This ensures that our consultations are dedicated to brides who are serious about finding their perfect dress, customized just for them. By streamlining our process, we prioritize your time and dedication, ensuring each virtual appointment is meaningful and productive.

Many bridal stores, including Ari Bridal, provide a pre-appointment questionnaire. we require you to fill it out to provide details about your wedding vision, style preferences, and any specific dresses you're interested in. This helps the bridal consultant prepare for your appointment.
Set up a designated and well-lit space for the virtual appointment. Ensure that your camera and microphone are working properly. Consider having a full-length mirror or a helper, like a friend or family member, to assist with measurements or capturing different angles but this is not necessary. You mainly need a mirror, measuring tape, a working camera and a microphone and you are set.
At the scheduled time, connect with the bridal store through the designated online platform for the virtual appointment. This may involve a video call through Zoom, Skype, or another video conferencing tool. In which the call ID will be provided for you after your appointment is all set up.
Virtual Meeting
This virtual appointment is designed to discuss and clarify your expectations, covering aspects such as the fabrics used, color choices, dress length, and any potential weight considerations. If we happen to have dresses in our showroom, our consultant will showcase various options, offering detailed views and insights into fabrics and styles. However, if our showroom doesn't feature specific dresses, we can still delve into fabric types, their textures, and discuss how they feel. Additionally, we welcome conversations about fabric allergies, ensuring a personalized experience tailored to your unique needs. Please feel free to bring up any preferences or concerns during the appointment.
Payment and Delivery
Following your virtual appointment at Ari Bridal, the next step in securing your dream wedding dress is to proceed with the payment process. If you've selected a dress from our existing collection, you can easily place your order online. For those opting for a custom-designed wedding dress, our consultant will guide you through the payment method during the virtual appointment. This meticulous approach ensures that every detail is addressed to meet your standards, guaranteeing that the dress you envision becomes a reality.
